Q: Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship Worldwide.

Q: When will my order be shipped? 
All of our items are custom made products, and some are even hand made. Please note it take 10-20 business days to be made and delivered.

  
Q: Where do you ship from? 
It depends on the product type that you have ordered from our store. We have warehouses and production facilities located in USA, Europe and Asia. 
  
Q: How do I return or exchange my product? 
Please email barngirlusa@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is. 
We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, you will not be able to return us back certain custom made products.

Q: I received shoes but they don't fit me, how can I change them to another size?
Yes, please email barngirlusa@gmail.com and let us know your issue. We process a one-time free exchange, please note size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange. 
 
Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order? 
We have a large assortment of products, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Don't panic your order is on it's way to you.
  
Q: How can I track my order? 
After your order will be processed and shipped you will receive shipping notification email with tracking number which can be used to track your order.
